Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal before applicable taxes, discounts, or other charges.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
